6. Landscape and the Sublime
Richard Misrach's Photography makes me feel relaxed and free. The combination of aerial photography, relaxing colours and composition gives the feeling of meditation, almost as if you were flying. Misrach's photography very much so provokes the imagination. The crisp, uncluttered images leave room for us to fill our imagination with the delightful thoughts that arise from viewing these blissful pictures. The images leave us feeling in holiday mode and the happy emotions we generally relate to warm sandy beaches and cool blue water.

i agree what u said about Misrach's Photography, but i also think the photography make me feel the great power of nature, and the time stop and the silent in the moment.The color tones of his photography represent gray and cool tones, which bring a lot of reverse side of emotion to people. but also bring about calmness and peace in the deeply side of soul.
ReplyDeleteId have to agree with you on the aerial shots he makes makes you feel as if you were there while he took it which is such a good feeling for the viewer and would also attract alot of attention. This leads to it getting alot of attention from maybe pilots etc. His use of colours is nice and calm as if they represent the earth as they are down to earth and calm.
